This house required a complete roof replacement due to several leaks. The high-pitched roof posed a challenge, and the flat roof over the patio enclosure also needed attention. To work on this roof, we had to set an anchor at the top to secure the workers. Additionally, we remodeled the patio and installed new sliding doors, enhancing the outdoor living space. Now, the owners can enjoy their backyard with peace of mind, knowing they have a new roof for rainy days and a remodeled patio enclosure.
