This 2,500 SQFT two-story house is a ground-up new construction custom home. Following the complete demolition of the previous structure, we performed grading and compaction before laying the new foundation. The architectural design, featuring a Cape Cod style home with an open space concept and high ceilings, required incorporating structural steel into the framing, giving the house its amazing look.
