In this development project, we constructed a new house and an ADU on the same lot, replacing the previous old house. The architectural design aimed to maximize the lot’s potential. The main house has 3 beds+3 baths, while the ADU has 2 beds+2 baths. Every master bedroom has a shower, a tub, a private balcony, and a walk-in closet. The kitchens are designed with full-size islands, for functionality and style. Both structures boast stunning Spanish exteriors with a sand finish stucco, lending them a timeless and elegant appearance.
